Al Khatm Farm — Pool-Lounge Home Cinema with Motorised Ceiling
A cinema-home experience built into the pool lounge of a private Al Khatm farm. The challenging part wasn't the audio — it was the ceiling. Skyline engineered a custom motorised lift so the projector drops only for screenings and disappears flush into the slatted ceiling the rest of the time, keeping the pool deck visually pure.

Good Food Supermarket — Retail-Grade CCTV, ADMCC
Retail-grade surveillance across both sales floor and car park for a supermarket adjacent to ADMCC. The deployment had to survive 24/7 operation, long cable runs between indoor and outdoor lots, and a live-wall view that management could leave running all night without thermal or storage issues.

Al Riyad Twin Smart Villas — One Spec, Mirrored Across Both
Two brothers, two identical villas in Al Riyad City, one mirrored smart-home deployment. We built a single documentation set across both properties so either house can be supported, extended and serviced from one source of truth — three days per villa, both online with the same login model.

Al Shamkha Villa — Whole-Home Smart Build with Lifetime Support
The most comprehensive single-villa project in this book. Mr. Rashid wanted every element of his Al Shamkha home — curtains, lighting, AC, garage, audio, CCTV, intercom, Wi-Fi — bound to a single app, with a dedicated lifetime support line. Eight days end to end, every system on one login, every device traceable in the documentation pack.

Musaffah Office CCTV — 2-Day Indoor + Outdoor Install
A tight two-day CCTV install for a Musaffah office — nine IP cameras across indoor and outdoor zones, NVR with expansion headroom, indoor live-wall monitor at the admin desk, and full mobile-app live view. Every drop routed through the existing cable tray so the office kept trading right through the install.
