Musaffah Office CCTV.
Live in 48 hours.
A tight two-day CCTV install for a Musaffah office — nine IP cameras across indoor and outdoor zones, NVR with expansion headroom, indoor live-wall monitor at the admin desk, and full mobile-app live view. Every drop routed through the existing cable tray so the office kept trading right through the install.
What we delivered.
Scope of works
- 9× indoor & outdoor IP cameras
- 16-channel Hikvision NVR — expansion headroom for future cameras
- Indoor live-wall monitor at the admin desk
- Mobile-app live view + push alerts on motion events
- Routed through existing cable tray — zero structural rework

Delivery model
Skyline acts as a single point of contact across cabling, devices, network, commissioning, and post-handover support — so the client never has to coordinate between three subcontractors.
Three views of the install.
Musaffah office building — site visit photo before the cable-tray survey and camera angle planning.
Indoor cameras over the reception and corridor with overlapping fields of view for blind-spot elimination.
16-channel Hikvision NVR, D-Link managed switching, and patch panels left clean for the next contractor.
The numbers.

Skyline engineered a custom motorised lift so the projector drops only for screenings and disappears flush into the slatted ceiling the rest of the time, keeping the pool deck visually pure.

Good Food Supermarket — Retail-Grade CCTV, ADMCC
Retail-grade surveillance across both sales floor and car park for a supermarket adjacent to ADMCC. The deployment had to survive 24/7 operation, long cable runs between indoor and outdoor lots, and a live-wall view that management could leave running all night without thermal or storage issues.
