Delivery model
Skyline acts as a single point of contact across cabling, devices, network, commissioning, and post-handover support — so the client never has to coordinate between three subcontractors.
Three views of the install.
Al Shamkha villa — exterior at handover, with perimeter cameras and Wi-Fi access points already integrated into the façade design.
Scenes for Morning, Evening, Away, and Movie bind lighting, AC, curtains and audio into single one-tap actions on the owner's app.
Cabling, ceiling devices and panels installed during the second-fix window — full coordination with the main and MEP contractors.
The numbers.

Good Food Supermarket — Retail-Grade CCTV, ADMCC
Retail-grade surveillance across both sales floor and car park for a supermarket adjacent to ADMCC. The deployment had to survive 24/7 operation, long cable runs between indoor and outdoor lots, and a live-wall view that management could leave running all night without thermal or storage issues.
