Delivery model
Skyline acts as a single point of contact across cabling, devices, network, commissioning, and post-handover support — so the client never has to coordinate between three subcontractors.
Three views of the install.
Final structural phase before second-fix — cable runs in place ready for ceiling close and device installation.
Lighting scenes, AC zones, intercom and gate all bound to one login on iOS and Android.
Cloud-managed ceiling APs deliver seamless roaming across the villa — same SSID, no drops between rooms.
The numbers.

Good Food Supermarket — Retail-Grade CCTV, ADMCC
Retail-grade surveillance across both sales floor and car park for a supermarket adjacent to ADMCC. The deployment had to survive 24/7 operation, long cable runs between indoor and outdoor lots, and a live-wall view that management could leave running all night without thermal or storage issues.

Al Riyad Twin Smart Villas — One Spec, Mirrored Across Both
Two brothers, two identical villas in Al Riyad City, one mirrored smart-home deployment. We built a single documentation set across both properties so either house can be supported, extended and serviced from one source of truth — three days per villa, both online with the same login model.
