CCTV Installation in Abu Dhabi
What we install
CCTV systems built around your site.
IP camera systems
From a 4-camera villa to 200+ cameras across a site — turret, dome, bullet and full-colour night cameras chosen per spot, not per catalogue.
Recording & retention
NVR or VMS recording with storage sized to the retention period your premises category requires, plus a redundant recorder where footage is critical.
ANPR at gates & parking
Number-plate recognition that logs every vehicle and can open the barrier for registered staff, residents and trucks.
AI video analytics
Intrusion alerts, people counting, queue and dwell analytics — added to new systems or, often, to the cameras you already have.
Secure remote viewing
Live and recorded footage on your phone and desktop through encrypted access, with role-based rights so staff only see the cameras they need.
Access control & intercom
Door readers, video intercoms and gate control on the same network, so every door event can be checked against video.
CCTV is one part of our ELV & security systems practice — access control, intercom, structured cabling and time & attendance delivered by the same team.
Property types
CCTV for every kind of Abu Dhabi property.
Villas & compounds
Gates, driveway, doors, garden and perimeter covered discreetly, viewable from your phone. Typically 4–10 cameras.
Shops, restaurants & clinics
Entrance, tills, floor, stock and back-of-house, designed to ADMCC image-quality and retention rules for a licensed unit.
Offices
Reception, entrances, corridors, server room and parking, integrated with access control and visitor management.
Warehouses & industrial
Perimeter, yards, loading bays and aisles with night-capable cameras, gate ANPR and recorders sized for long retention.
Towers & residential buildings
Lobbies, every lift car, corridors and parking levels on a structured IP backbone, monitored at the security desk.
Hotels & leisure venues
Discreet coverage for guest areas, back-of-house and parking, with footfall analytics on the same cameras.

Compliance
ADMCC-compliant CCTV, designed to pass inspection.
Most commercial and licensed premises in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi fall under ADMCC surveillance requirements: which areas must be covered, the image quality needed to identify faces and plates, and how long footage is kept. We confirm your premises category at the survey, design coverage and storage to it, and hand over the documentation an inspection asks for.
Every installation is documented — as-built drawings, camera schedule, IP plan and retention settings — and camera systems that record personal data are set up with PDPL-aligned retention and access controls. The details are in our ADMCC CCTV requirements guide.
Hikvision, Dahua, Axis and UNV cameras; full-colour night models for dark yards and villas; recorders and VMS sized per site.
How it works
From survey to handover.

Installation & cabling
Structured Cat6 cabling, PoE switching and tidy containment, installed by our own team.

Good Food Supermarket — Retail-Grade CCTV, ADMCC
Retail-grade surveillance across both sales floor and car park for a supermarket adjacent to ADMCC. The deployment had to survive 24/7 operation, long cable runs between indoor and outdoor lots, and a live-wall view that management could leave running all night without thermal or storage issues.

Musaffah Office CCTV — 2-Day Indoor + Outdoor Install
A tight two-day CCTV install for a Musaffah office — nine IP cameras across indoor and outdoor zones, NVR with expansion headroom, indoor live-wall monitor at the admin desk, and full mobile-app live view. Every drop routed through the existing cable tray so the office kept trading right through the install.

How much does CCTV installation cost in Abu Dhabi?
Typical 2026 ranges: a villa system with 4–8 cameras runs AED 5,000–12,000, and an office or retail system with 8–24 cameras AED 10,000–25,000. Warehouses, towers and multi-site systems are priced after a survey because cable distances, camera count and retention drive the cost. The site survey is free.
Do I need ADMCC-compliant CCTV for my business?
Most commercial and licensed premises in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, including Al Ain, fall under ADMCC surveillance requirements covering camera coverage, image quality and footage retention, and many activities need a compliant system to obtain or renew a licence. Private villas are generally outside the mandatory scope. We confirm your category during the survey and design to it.
How long is CCTV footage kept?
Commercial premises must keep footage for the period their category requires, so we size recorder storage to that requirement rather than to a default. For homes, retention is your choice and is set by the storage you want to pay for.
Can I watch my cameras from my phone?
Yes. Every system we install supports secure live and recorded viewing on phone and desktop through encrypted remote access, rather than exposing the recorder to the internet, with role-based access for staff.
How long does a CCTV installation take?
A villa or a single shop is usually installed in 1–3 days, an office or retail system in 3–7 days, and a warehouse, tower or hotel in one to five weeks depending on cabling and camera count.
Can you add AI analytics to my existing cameras?
Often, yes. If your cameras produce decent IP streams we can add intrusion detection, people counting and ANPR on top without replacing them. If they are analogue or low resolution we will tell you honestly whether an upgrade is worth it first.
Which CCTV brands do you install?
Mainly Hikvision, Dahua, Axis and UNV. We choose per project based on coverage, image quality and total cost of ownership, not on what happens to be in stock.
Do you install CCTV in Al Ain?
Yes. We cover the whole Emirate of Abu Dhabi, including Al Ain — shops, clinics, warehouses, farms and villas — with 4G or wireless links for remote farm points where running cable isn't practical.
