Two villas. One Spec.
Mirrored.
Two brothers, two identical villas in Al Riyad City, one mirrored smart-home deployment. We built a single documentation set across both properties so either house can be supported, extended and serviced from one source of truth — three days per villa, both online with the same login model.
What we delivered.
Scope of works
- Video intercom — 2 indoor screens per villa · app-controlled
- 9× CCTV cameras per villa — mobile-app live view + alerts
- Smart Android sound system + 6 ceiling speakers per villa
- 6× wall Wi-Fi extenders for full coverage
- 5× smart AC control units · multi-zone mobile-app control

Delivery model
Skyline acts as a single point of contact across cabling, devices, network, commissioning, and post-handover support — so the client never has to coordinate between three subcontractors.
Three views of the install.
Identical street-facing villas built side-by-side. Same architectural envelope; same ELV spec mirrored across both.
Single documentation set across both villas — any electrician with the bundle can extend or service either home.
Perimeter and indoor IP cameras with NVR retention. Mobile-app live view + push alerts for every door event.
The numbers.

Skyline engineered a custom motorised lift so the projector drops only for screenings and disappears flush into the slatted ceiling the rest of the time, keeping the pool deck visually pure.

Good Food Supermarket — Retail-Grade CCTV, ADMCC
Retail-grade surveillance across both sales floor and car park for a supermarket adjacent to ADMCC. The deployment had to survive 24/7 operation, long cable runs between indoor and outdoor lots, and a live-wall view that management could leave running all night without thermal or storage issues.
