An AI-powered AR companion for equestrian training. Riders point a phone at their horse to surface live biometrics, hazards, and waypoints; trainers manage horses, training load, and health from a unified web console. Built for stables and federations across the UAE.
Equestrian training relies on paper logs, scattered apps, and the trainer's memory. Riders can't safely check biometrics mid-ride, trail hazards are spotted late, and trainers stitch session notes together by hand. There was no single view of horse, rider, and route in real time.
A mobile AR overlay shows the horse's heart rate, gait, load, and upcoming trail hazards while the rider keeps both hands on the reins. A web console gives the trainer a complete stable view — training load per horse, vet and farrier records, session logs — backed by AI suggestions for recovery and load balancing.
Every choice in this project was made for two horizons — fast iteration during build, and a 3-5 year operational life with minimal vendor lock-in.
