An 820 m² civic waiting hall the city already owned, already lit, already wired — and that Skyline was not allowed to rewire. The brief: fix the light levels, add zoned announcements, and give the duty officer a single panel that does the daily routine. We went wireless — Zigbee for sensors, Z-Wave for retrofit switches, a Tuya bridge for the panels the city had already bought.
Civic / municipal client
Single point of contact across design, cabling, devices, network, commissioning, and lifetime support. No subcontractor coordination on the client side — one quote, one team, one warranty.
Public-hall display running the duty-officer routine. Three buttons — Open, Midday, Close — replace what used to be a phone call to facilities.
Anthracite Z-Wave retrofit switch dropping into the existing backbox. Same faceplate, same mounting, new mechanism — no wall paint touched.
Vine TJ-560 4-inch smart Wi-Fi thermostat — client-owned hardware bridged into the duty-officer panel via local MQTT, no rewriting of the city's existing inventory.
Whether it's a hillside villa, a 22-room hotel, an executive floor, or a public building you can't rewire — we scope, install, and support smart systems across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
