A top-floor boutique hotel with 22 guest rooms on a single logical controller. Skyline built a per-room KNX application template plus a central front-desk dashboard so housekeeping, engineering, and reception see the same rooms through three different UIs and zero shared logins. Pre-assembled enclosures meant on-site work was a cable pull and a label, not an ETS session.
Boutique hotel operator (hospitality)
Single point of contact across design, cabling, devices, network, commissioning, and lifetime support. No subcontractor coordination on the client side — one quote, one team, one warranty.
Three unlabelled circular buttons whose brightness tells you what's active. Guests touch, never read — complaints about 'confusing lighting' dropped to zero.
Flush-mount anthracite KNX keypads in corridors and back-of-house. Matches the hotel's design language while running the same engineering layer as the room panels.
DSPPA in-wall amplifier driving minibar + bathroom zones independently. Keycard insert triggers welcome bus; do-not-disturb mutes corridor.
Whether it's a hillside villa, a 22-room hotel, an executive floor, or a public building you can't rewire — we scope, install, and support smart systems across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
