RPM Gym at AD HUB — Full ELV ( CCTV, WIFI, SPEAKERS, GATES ) , Abu Dhabi

RPM Gym needed every low-voltage system in a premium two-floor fitness club ready on the day interior handover happened — not a week later, not after a punch list. That meant cabling had to be in the ceilings before they closed, devices had to be tested before commissioning, and face-recognition turnstiles had to be enrolled with the founding-member database before the first session.

The mechanical and gypsum trades were on aggressive parallel schedules, so any rework on our side would have collapsed the critical path. The brief was simple: be invisible during build, indispensable on opening day.

Skyline coordinated directly with the main contractor and the interior designer through a four-phase delivery:

1. Structured cabling first-fix — 48 Cat 6 data drops routed through cable tray during MEP works, before ceilings closed.
2. Device installation second-fix — 32+ Hikvision IP cameras (dome, turret, pendant), 14 ceiling-mounted Wi-Fi 6 access points, DSPPA zone-audio speakers, three face-ID turnstile lanes on the men's and women's entrances.
3. Rack & network — a full-height network cabinet with D-Link managed switching and patch panels, NVR with 30-day retention, Omada Wi-Fi controller, UPS with surge protection.
4. Commissioning & enrolment — Face database loaded, scenes programmed, NVR retention validated, mobile-app live view tested for the operator and owner. Documentation and training delivered the day before handover.

Every drop was labelled, every angle field-of-view tested under both training and evening lighting, every turnstile run-time-validated against the door-controller — so opening day was a launch, not a debug session.
