Etisalat branches were experiencing long wait times during peak hours, leading to customer dissatisfaction. They needed a self-service solution that could handle SIM registration with biometric verification, bill payments, and plan changes.
We designed custom kiosks with biometric scanners, ID readers, receipt printers, and card payment terminals. The software platform supports Arabic and English, integrates with Etisalat's CRM, and provides real-time analytics on usage patterns.
